inet3 quotation engine:
Bespoke, web based quoting tools for standard and non-standard home and let property insurance, payment protection and travel insurance are all available to you as part of your membership. There is no need for any software installations or upgrades; all you require is a suitable broadband connection. You will be able to quote for new business, retrieve existing quotations and put the client on cover. Schedules can also be emailed directly to the solicitor/lender instantly to aid the exchange/completion process.

 

inet3 back office administration:
Our back office administration system is available to all members and is uniquely accessible. It is the remote interface between our member base and the administration function. You will be able to track all submitted new business, look at 'policy live' client data we are holding on your behalf, you will find a libruary of reporting tools, bulletin board, product/service updates and view a monthly league table of our top 20 performing members. We also include renewal notification, individual retention rate calculators and web based commission statements for all members regardless of member type. Claims data and analysis will also be individually available in Q4 of 2011.

 

inet3 customer relationship management (crm):
With our crm we believe we have really raised the customer service bar. This bespoke software is used to manage your client data from our rapidly increasing 'introducer' base. It allows us to record detailed client data, set tasks, make notes and will produce a raft of management information, which forms the cornerstone of our introducer review meetings. We have however gone one stage further by really 'putting our money where our mouth is!' By issuing each introducer with a unique username and password they can gain 24/7 access to our crm system to see real-time activity data on the work we are doing on their behalf.
