This enables us to use the powerful Lloyd's brand, the worlds leading insurance market, on all our policy documentation. Our products have been developed over the years by sharing experience between ourselves and our membership base. This has helped prevent gaps in cover and today gives you access to some of the most comprehensive policies available in the market today.

  • Non-standard Home Insurance
    Our non-standard home cover is predominently in the following areas:
    • Properties Undergoing Renovation and Conversion (short term policies available)
    • Unoccupied Properties (short and long term policies available)
    • Second Homes (including Holiday Homes) / Inherited Homes / Posting Overseas
    • Occupation / Construction / Location and Criminal Conviction issues
  • Standard Let Property Insurance

    • £1,000,000 of Buildings cover as standard
    • Buildings cover automatically includes up to £5,000 for carpets, curtains, blinds and most white goods.
    • Up to £40,000 of Landlord's Contents cover available
    • Up to £5,000 cover for malicious acts by Tenants
    • Up to £5,000 trace and access cover
    • Monthly payment option
    • Rent Guarantee and Legal Expense cover available

    In addition to the non-standard property risks covered above we will also cover:
