inet3 is a new collective trading name for both Insurance Marketing and Development Limited (imd) and UGM Magenta Limited (ugm). Both companies were established in the late 1980's.

We have dedicated over 20 years of our time to the personal lines general insurance industry, to become as close to experts as we can be. We have a wonderful team of hugely talented and empowered individuals who are incredibly motivated and respected. They are involved in all aspects of our business and when you need them most, they will move 'heaven and earth' to try to help you. Many have been here for many years and stay because they enjoy the working environment and what they do. You will go a long way to find better people and we are very proud of them. We have worked hard to achieve a reputation for being passionate about providing an exceptional customer service, which aims to go above and beyond any other in our market. To us, excelling is the expectation, rather than just accepting the delivery of a 'good service'. To help us achieve this, we build a very close working relationship with every one of our members, so that they can regard us as their full-time professional resource, dedicated to help them achieve sustainable income from their general insurance business. Over the years, we have learned from our wonderfully supportive members, the things that really matter to them, in order to meet the needs of their clients. Entrusting your clients to us to help you deliver quality insurance cover and after-sales care is a big commitment for you to make.
